1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fb47 platform — including the website at fb47.org, the game lobby, sportsbook, promotional pages, or payment services — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. • You have provided accurate and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details, and you commit to keeping this information current.

fb47 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

Each individual may register and hold only one account on fb47. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where fb47 identifies that a member holds more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — all accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and any associated winnings voided at fb47's sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fb47 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact fb47 support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fb47 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fb47 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following mobile wallet services, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

• bKash — deposits and withdrawals processed directly through the bKash mobile wallet.
• Nagad — deposits and withdrawals processed directly through the Nagad mobile wallet.
• Rocket — deposits and withdrawals processed through the Rocket mobile banking service.
• Upay — deposits and withdrawals processed through the Upay digital wallet.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and may vary by payment method. fb47 does not charge internal transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. Processing times depend on the selected payment method and are typically completed within the same business day.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

fb47 offers promotional bonuses to registered members, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin packages, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. In the absence of offer-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply.

Bonus funds are credited as restricted balance and must satisfy wagering requirements (rollover) before being converted to withdrawable cash. Default wagering requirements are as follows:

• Welcome bonus: 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, to be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Reload bonuses and cashback: 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount, to be completed within 14 days of the bonus being credited.
• Free spins: winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated.

fb47 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a bonus was claimed in breach of these terms, including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic abuse of the bonus system.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; collusion with other players to exploit game mechanics or bonus systems; use of fraudulent or stolen payment instruments; chargebacks initiated in bad faith; and any action designed to exploit a technical error in the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

9. Responsible Gaming

Upon account closure for cause, fb47 may hold any funds pending investigation. If the investigation concludes no breach occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned via the member's registered payment method. Funds obtained through fraudulent activity will not be returned.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about the fb47 platform, contact our customer support team in the first instance via the email address published on the site. fb47 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in writing to the fb47 management team.

All disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant game round completing. fb47's records of game outcomes are treated as final and conclusive in the absence of manifest error. fb47 is committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and promptly.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms. The remaining terms will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms published on fb47, constitute the entire agreement between you and fb47 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the platform. No oral or written representation made by any fb47 representative outside of these published documents shall be binding on fb47.
